Individual Therapy

A Safe Place to Land — and To Reconnect With Yourself

Reaching out for support is one of the bravest things you can do. Finding the right therapist can feel overwhelming, especially when you’ve been in survival mode for a long time. If you’re here, I want you to know this: you deserve healing, ease, and a life that feels like yours.

Individual therapy with me isn’t about “fixing” you. It’s about gently reconnecting you with your body’s wisdom, your resilience, and your capacity to heal — even if that feels far away right now.

I offer trauma-informed, somatic therapy for women who are ready to move out of constant overwhelm, burnout, or self-criticism and into a more regulated, grounded nervous system.

How I Work

Therapy with me is a safe space to exhale.

Our work is collaborative and paced with care. I blend evidence-based approaches with somatic therapy, mindfulness, and yoga-informed practices to support both your mind and your body. Together, we’ll gently explore how your nervous system responds to stress, and we’ll build tools to help you:

  • Release tension and stored stress in the body
  • Feel more grounded, present, and connected
  • Respond rather than react
  • Build self-compassion instead of self-judgment
  • Strengthen boundaries and sense of self
  • Heal patterns that no longer serve you

Instead of pushing yourself to “just get through it,” you’ll learn to listen to your body with curiosity and kindness.

You Don’t Have To Have It All Figured Out

Many clients come to therapy unsure where to start — and that’s completely okay.

In our first session, you don’t need to have the perfect words or a clear plan. My role is to create a supportive, non-judgmental space where you can show up exactly as you are. We’ll talk about what brought you to therapy, what you’re hoping for, and what feels most important right now. From there, we move at a pace that honors your nervous system and your story.

Therapy May Be Helpful If You’re Experiencing:

  • Chronic stress or overwhelm
  • Anxiety or difficulty slowing down
  • Emotional exhaustion or burnout
  • Disconnection from your body or emotions
  • Trauma or long-term survival mode
  • Perfectionism, people-pleasing, or self-criticism
  • Difficulty setting boundaries
  • Physical symptoms related to stress

You don’t need to minimize what you’re feeling. If something in you is longing for relief or deeper connection — that’s worth listening to.

My Approach

My work is grounded in:

  • Trauma-informed care — honoring safety, choice, and empowerment
  • Somatic therapy — integrating the body into healing
  • Mindfulness & yoga-informed practices — supporting nervous system regulation
  • Compassion-focused & relational therapy — healing through connection

Together, we’ll focus on helping your nervous system feel safer, not just helping your mind “understand.”

You Deserve Support

Healing doesn’t require you to go through it alone. Therapy can be a place where you are seen, supported, and gently guided back to yourself.

If you’re curious about working together, I invite you to reach out for a consultation or schedule a session. We’ll take it one step at a time.
